A More Cosmic Perspective

2005

I have received numerous phone calls and even more e-mails requesting that I “check in” and ask for a more ‘cosmic’ perspective on what is the most important thing we, as individuals within the Family of Nations, need to know and can do during this time of war?

I got a seemingly very simple answer: Be Teachers.

Many of us are feeling polarized by the war on a global level and paralyzed by it on a personal level. For many individuals, nothing seems to be happening in their lives, except experiencing deep discomfort and fear.

The answer I was given said that part of being a Teacher is learning about Self so that the information that is gathered during this Self-Investigation can be shared with others. Teachers are the bearers of knowledge and wisdom and the holders of tradition. We are at a time when the knowledge of the government is being questioned, the wisdom of its actions in doubt and tradition and loyalty are being strained.

The instruction was to stay with the fine feeling level and culture it to, I heard, “Stay sweet.” (Not always an easy task in the midst of world events yet the instruction was firm.) The instruction continued, “Utilize the power of attention and focus to bring into the light that which will inspire and uplift the world. Feel it and focus on the feeling with the silent intent of inspiring others. Start with Self and radiate sweetness out to the world.” I was told that action would help support our Nation and our government to operate more from Divine Intelligence, not limited personal intelligence.

I was also told, regardless of politically leanings, these instructions can be followed so that the feeling level of those in your environment will be positively shifted as will individual energy. And that all of this is accomplished by holding the intention and the focus. And, that is the point. Find the sweetness and feel it, not only for ourselves but for the world.

Sometimes to accomplish that goal of finding the sweetness of the feeling level will require alone time. A time to reflect on those moments that actually brought sweetness into our lives and to rediscover those things which are most important to us today. It is from this platform that we are instructed to radiate and illuminate that area of life which we choose to share with others or choose to teach to others. This, I heard, will vary from individual to individual.

Yes, that is the instruction of “finding our Truth, finding our Sweetness”. And then, live it. Radiant it. Share it through our Being. No need to force-feed it into anyone else when we live it as our own, I heard. I was told we are more powerful and transformative as Teachers by simply “Being” our Truth than by spouting angry words or trying to force change through harsh actions.

The instructions requested, as we move in the world today, pay close attention to how our Being impact others? Are we doing more to perpetuate the conflicts that are emanating from the global situation or are we serving to pacify and expand those around you? Are we serving ourselves or the world or (hopefully) both?

The instruction ended with: The earth keeps on spinning and we keep on moving. Let us make sure that “in all times, all places, all spaces and all dimensions and reality of Being that we, as Diving Beings on the Planet Earth, are contributing, not only to Peace within ourselves but to Peace Among the Family of Nations.”

“Be Teachers. Feel Peace. Be Peace. Radiate Peace. Be Teachers. Be.”
