Katrina has been practicing Transcendental Meditation and its advanced technique, the TM-Sidhis program, for 31 and 29 years respectively. She was personally instructed by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi as a Teacher of the TM technique in 1980 and has been teaching meditation classes for over 25 years.

In addition to her private Intuitive Counseling practice, Katrina has given seminars and workshops on various topics related to meditation, personal healing and relationships around the United States.

Katrina also began her real estate career nearly 20 years ago on the Mainland. After moving to Maui and taking a break, Katrina re-dedicated herself to what she loves doing - being of service to people – again in the area of real estate where those people are called “Buyers and Sellers”. 

As a REALTOR, Katrina has continually pursued the educational component of the real estate field by obtaining several designations:  ABR - Accredited Buyer’s Representative as well as the prestigious designation, GRI:  Graduate REALTOR Institute.  Each additional class and each designation supplement Katrina’s practical background and know-how enabling her to give personal and professional service to a wide range of clientele.

Katrina approaches real estate from a truly spiritual perspective.  She views helping Buyers find the home of their dreams, whether on Maui or anywhere in the Hawaiian Islands, as locating the physical dwelling where her clients will be able to find the most inner peace and happiness.  The house is the physical manifestation, or vehicle, where they can settle in and comfortably go inward to find contentment and fulfillment.  For Sellers, she sees the move as a part of the transformation process.  We all grow and we all evolve.  Moving, whether from town to town; state to state or even to another region of the world, is part of that growth and evolution.  Making the transaction, and transition, as smooth and profitable as possible is Katrina’s intention.
